As a Material Handler here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient movement, storage, and control of materials in our Logistics department within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a team to efficiently ensure timely material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to Honeywell’s strict safety, quality, and compliance standards. You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Mississauga, ON location on an on-site work schedule.

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Receive, inspect, and validate incoming materials against purchase orders, packing lists, and system records
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using Honeywell ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Perform system transactions including goods receipts, transfers, and shipments
- Support production or order fulfillment by delivering materials on time and in the correct quantities
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation activities
- Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and documentation for all materials
- Follow Honeywell Standard Work Procedures (SWPs) and Lean/5S practices to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere strictly to Honeywell Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and report any incidents, near misses, or hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including shipping, receiving, production, and quality
