Strong Pilates Kitsilano is preparing for our exciting studio opening this September, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Casual Event Staff.
This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and are interested in health, fitness, and community events.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with community and promotional events
- Setting up and packing down event equipment and signage
- Welcoming and engaging with event attendees
- Distributing promotional materials and information
- Supporting event registration and check-in processes
- Representing the Strong Pilates brand professionally
- Assisting the team with general event operations as required
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing and being active during events
- Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or Pilates is an asset
- Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
