Wheaton Hyundai Nanaimo is actively hiring a Sales Consultant / Automotive Sales Representative / Car Salesperson to join our expanding team. This is a high-income opportunity for driven individuals who want to succeed in a commission-based sales role with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the car buying process from start to finish
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, product demonstrations, and test drives
- Build your pipeline through prospecting, follow-ups, and referrals
- Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business
- Stay up to date on Hyundai products, features, and promotions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to succeed in a commission sales environment
- Valid BC driver’s license with clean abstract
- VSA license (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
