We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join a well known fashion apparel manufacturer and distributor in Montreal!
- Assist the Production team on daily functions
- Act as support to the sales team and be the point of contact for design, logistics, distribution and overseas suppliers
- Prepare packages to send out to suppliers & buyers
- Place the PO, artwork, fabric, trims, fitting and specifications, coordinate approvals and troubleshoot throughout the process
- Communicate daily with suppliers , regarding all production issues, track delivery status of orders
- Oversee shipment sample approvals, booking confirmations and shipping documentation
Requirements:
- 5 years ‘experience in the fashion industry
- Bilingual
- Capable to work under pressure & in a fast paced environment
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Major Accounts as Costco is a plus
