Summary : Konzelmann Estate Winery is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and creative individual to join our Marketing & Hospitality team. This full-time role provides support across marketing, guest services, e-commerce, and winery operations, helping to ensure an exceptional experience for guests both online and at the winery.

About the Role :
Marketing Support
- Create and edit marketing assets, including graphics, social media content, email creative, signage, menus, and other promotional materials while maintaining brand standards.
- Schedule and publish approved social media content across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate influencer visits, promotional partnerships, and marketing requests.
- Update website content, event listings, and online product information.
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, digital files, and promotional materials.
Guest Services
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct guests to the appropriate department.
- Manage the winery's general email inbox and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist guests with booking tastings, tours, workshops, and special events using our reservation software (Rezdy).
- Assist customers with online and phone orders, shipping inquiries and general customer service requests.
- Manage website chat and social media messaging platforms to provide prompt guest support.
E-Commerce & Retail Support
- Assist with product setup, promotions, and updates within Commerce7.
- Help maintain online store accuracy, including product information and imagery.
- Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials, menus, signage, and promotional collateral.
Administrative Support
- Manage donation requests and community sponsorship inquiries.
- Assist with award submissions and administrative marketing projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Marketing & Hospitality team.

Requirements :
- Experience with graphic design is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is considered an asset.
- Strong eye for visual design, branding, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating by phone, email, social media, and in person.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and learning new software platforms.
- Experience with social media platforms is considered an asset.
- Experience with Commerce7, Rezdy, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, customer service, or marketing is preferred.
- Winery or wine industry experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods as required.
- Excellent references available upon request.
