Are you a REALTOR® who loves working with buyers, showing homes, building relationships, and helping people achieve their goals?
The Terri Hastings Real Estate Group is looking for a licensed REALTOR® to join our team as a Showing Partner.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction and wants to focus on showing properties and delivering exceptional service while our team provides the lead generation, initial consultations, systems, support, and negotiation expertise.
You will work alongside Adam Lesperance, one of Grey Bruce's top-producing REALTORS®, helping buyers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
What You'll Do
Buyer Experience
- Work directly with Adam Lesperance and our buyer clients
- Meet buyers and build strong relationships
- Show properties and assist clients in refining their search
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the buying process
- Help buyers make confident and informed decisions
- Focus on client care while negotiations and contract strategy are handled for you
Showings & Open Houses
- Show properties throughout Grey and Bruce Counties
- Host team-provided open houses when available
- Follow up with all open house attendees
- Preview approximately 1-2 properties per day (schedule permitting)
- Spend evenings and weekends helping buyers find the right home
Relationship Building
- Make approximately 10 meaningful conversations per day
- Follow up with active buyers
- Maintain relationships with past clients and your sphere
- Become a trusted local resource within the community
Market Expertise
- Stay informed on inventory, market trends, and local communities
- Help buyers understand the market and available opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Adam and the team to provide a seamless client experience

You are:

Requirements
- Active Ontario REALTOR® license in good standing
- Registered with our brokerage
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to follow proven systems and processes
- Ability to work from our Wiarton office when not attending appointments
Compensation & Support
- $2,000 monthly base compensation
- 10% referral compensation on closed transactions generated through your buyer relationships and support activities
- Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training

Over the past week alone, our team lead completed three buyer transactions with VIP clients that would have been serviced by the Showing Partner.
Based on our current compensation structure, those three transactions would have generated approximately $4,500 in referral compensation, in addition to the monthly base salary.
While results vary based on market conditions, availability, and individual performance, this example demonstrates the earning potential available within our proven team systems.
