Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as needed
- Support team members in completing construction, manufacturing, or maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Support project-specific duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite is preferred
