Our modern, growing general dental practice is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team part-time (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, collaborative environment where our team enjoys coming to work each day.

What You'll Do
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will:
- Provide comprehensive periodontal assessments and preventive dental hygiene care.
- Perform scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and periodontal maintenance.
- Take digital radiographs in accordance with Ontario regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and disease prevention.
- Develop individualized oral health care plans.
- Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in patient records.
- Monitor periodontal health and communicate findings with the dentist.
- Assist in identifying restorative or periodontal concerns requiring further examination.
- Maintain strict infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
- Build trusting relationships that help patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to provide exceptional patient experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with digital charting and Tracker dental software is considered an asset.
