Join Our Team at Leavens Volkswagen - Service Porter
At Leavens Volkswagen, part of the Leavens Auto Group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to every client. We are currently seeking two Full-Time Service Porters to support our busy service department. If you're energetic, organized, and enjoy working with people and vehicles, this could be the role for you!
Pay Range:
Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive
Perform visual inspections of vehicles for any damage upon arrival
Conduct alignment quick checks and report findings to the team
Wash and clean customer vehicles, either by hand or through the automated wash
Keep the service drive-thru, wash bay, and surrounding areas clean and organized
Shuttle customers when required
Retrieve vehicles for customer pick-up and assist with vehicle staging
Support Service Advisors and the Service Manager with various tasks
Assist with pick-up and drop-off of vehicles as needed
Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Comfortable working with minimal supervision and following directions
Outgoing personality and strong customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and energetic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean, modern facility
Comfortable staff lunchroom with TV and Wi-Fi
