Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years recent high volume serving experience in a full service restaurant;
- Bar experience or high volume barista experience an asset;
- National / international experience preferred;
- Strong passion for regional and seasonal ingredients;
- Strong interest in regional regional wines;
- Confident and authentic communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of front of house operations including POS and guest interaction;
- Stable and progressive work history;
- Valid Serving it Right certificate;
- Excellent references.
