Our client, a leading bakery operation, is seeking a dedicated Production Line Handler to join their team. As a Production Line Handler, you will be an essential part of the production team, supporting the bakery's daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Line Handler
Location: Amherst, NS
Pay Range: $19.21 per hour
Shift: 6am start, 12-hour shifts, flexible schedule
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor bakery production equipment to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of bakery products according to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to meet safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies diligently
What's Needed?
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- Prior experience in a production or bakery setting is a plus but not required
