Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food preparation areas.
- Restock food items, condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment and cash registers safely and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation, packaging, and presentation.
- Monitor food quality and report any issues to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean work environment.
- Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.
