iGaming Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Process Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Delivery, the successful candidate will play a key role in advancing large-scale transformation initiatives. This role will lead the design and implementation of streamlined, standardized processes, support the rollout of new data capabilities and infrastructure, and partner across the organization to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of core business functions.
In this role, the successful candidate will:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis and process transformation by defining future-state processes, capabilities, and measurable value outcomes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to co-create strategic requirements aligned to regulatory priorities, enterprise objectives, and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive delivery of complex transformation initiatives involving data integration, automation, and external partners.
- Identify and champion enterprise-wide opportunities for process standardization, optimization, and intelligent automation.
- Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and lead validation activities (e.g., test strategy, test cases, UAT) to ensure successful solution outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, and training efforts to enable adoption across impacted business units.
The successful candidate will have:
- A university degree in Business Analysis, Data/Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with demonstrated ability to apply strategic and critical thinking in transformation environments.
- Proven expertise in business process transformation, including process mapping, performance measurement, optimization, and value realization.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating complex data into actionable insights to drive evidence-based decision-making and regulatory outcomes.
- Advanced facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional workshops, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment on transformation priorities.
- Strong project management foundation, including experience operating within Agile delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective relationships across business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders to enable enterprise change
- Working knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting large-scale transformation adoption and behavioural change.
- The following are considered assets: Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent), experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL), familiarity with BPMN/BABOK methodologies, and knowledge of gaming, AML, or other regulated environments.

iGaming Ontario has implemented a minimum four-day per week in-office schedule and may implement a full return to office in 2026. The terms of iGaming Ontario’s Hybrid Work Policy are subject to change at any time, including its office location, the removal of the Hybrid Work Policy and a return to full-time in-office work.
This position falls within the scope of a bargaining unit represented by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU). In the upcoming months, iGaming Ontario and OPSEU will be negotiating the terms of a collective agreement which, once concluded, will govern the terms and conditions of this position.
