We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire and Lube Technician to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing basic vehicle
maintenance services, including oil changes, tire installations, rotations, balancing, and
other minor mechanical tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate
about cars and looking to grow in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, lube services, and tire maintenance, including installation,
rotations, and balancing.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional services such as brake or
suspension repairs.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and up to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of
hazardous materials.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are informed of
any issues with their vehicle.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of tires, oils, and other products.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Tire and Lube Technician or in a similar role is
preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to operate automotive service tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
