Casual Office Assistant
A company in Elmira is looking for a casual office assistant to provide coverage when our regular administrator is unavailable due to vacation or other time off. This casual position is possible to lead to a regular part time or full-time position.
The duties are:
1. General office tasks such as filing, mailing, answering emails and phone inquiries;
2. Taking and processing orders;
3. Preparing and submitting tender documents;
4. Preparing and sending invoices;
5. Account payable;
6. Ordering office and shop supplies, etc.;
Job requirement:
1. Excellent communication skills;
2. Must have previous office experience;
3. Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented;
4. Must be efficient with Microsoft Office (Words & Excel), and Adobe Acrobat
5. Must have the ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
