Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. This role involves assessing customer needs, providing expert advice on automotive repairs, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, establishing a positive rapport.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service needs.
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, emphasizing benefits and necessary work.
- Prepare detailed repair orders, including parts, labor estimates, and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs efficiently.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance that may benefit the customer’s vehicle health.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status, additional recommendations, or future service needs.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service history, and sales activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems and repair procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Sales aptitude with experience in upselling services or products effectively.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.

Pay: $7,000.00-$91,943.04 per month
