THE CLINICA is looking for a personable, confident, and results-driven Beauty Advisor / Aesthetic Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys beauty and aesthetics, loves connecting with people, and knows how to turn a great client experience into long-term relationships.
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be one of the key points of contact for our clients — helping them understand their treatment options, recommending services and skincare based on their goals, and supporting them throughout their journey with THE CLINICA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized consultations to understand each client's concerns, goals, preferences, and budget.
- Educate clients on THE CLINICA's aesthetic treatments, skincare products, packages, promotions, and membership program.
- Recommend appropriate treatment plans and products while maintaining an honest, client-first approach.
- Convert consultations and inquiries into treatment bookings, packages, memberships, and product sales.
- Build strong client relationships through thoughtful follow-ups, treatment planning, and ongoing communication.
- Work closely with nurses, aestheticians, technicians, front desk, and management to create a seamless client experience.
- Support daily client inquiries through phone, text, social media, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate client notes, leads, follow-ups, and sales activity within the clinic's systems.
- Stay knowledgeable about current treatments, products, promotions, and trends within the medical aesthetics and beauty industry.
- Assist with clinic events, promotional campaigns, launches, and other sales initiatives when needed.
- Contribute to individual and clinic sales goals while maintaining THE CLINICA's standards for professionalism and client care.
What We're Looking For

- Strong sense of customer service and attention to detail.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client conversations and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and KPIs.
- Professional, polished, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Able to learn treatment information quickly and communicate it clearly to clients.
- Previous experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, skincare, or consultative sales is an asset.
- Experience with CRM, booking, or client management systems is an asset.

- 清晰、专业地向客户讲解项目原理、疗程安排及预期效果
- 跟进新客咨询及现有客户，协助完成预约、疗程规划及后续维护
- 负责咨询转化，包括疗程、套餐、会员及产品销售
- 建立并维护良好的长期客户关系，提高客户满意度及复购率
- 与护士、美容师、治疗师及前台团队紧密配合，为客户提供顺畅的到店体验
- 通过微信、电话、短信及其他渠道及时回复及跟进客户咨询
- 及时记录客户需求、咨询情况、销售及后续跟进信息
- 熟悉诊所现有项目、产品、优惠活动及会员体系
- 协助诊所日常推广、活动及销售目标的执行
职位要求
- 中英文流利，可熟练使用普通话及英语与客户沟通
- 具备良好的销售能力、沟通能力及服务意识
- 对医疗美容、护肤及美容行业有浓厚兴趣
- 有较强的客户需求分析及疗程规划能力
- 有责任心、执行力强，能够主动进行客户跟进
- 能够适应销售目标及 KPI，并具备良好的业绩意识
- 形象专业、有亲和力，具备良好的团队合作精神
- 有医美、美容、护肤、奢侈品销售或高端客户服务经验者优先
- 有医美咨询或相关销售经验者优先
