Duties

- Lead and supervise team members, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Manage daily cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and ensure accurate bookkeeping and payroll processing.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, pricing strategies, and merchandising efforts to optimize product presentation and sales performance.
- Conduct recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and participating in onboarding processes to build a strong team.
- Monitor store operations for compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols.
- Support marketing initiatives by executing promotional campaigns and engaging with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising retail sales teams with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual) to connect effectively with diverse customers and staff.
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management to drive revenue growth.
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff, and team management.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques, customer service excellence, and retail management best practices.
- Adept at budgeting, financial analysis (math skills), and implementing merchandising plans that maximize profitability.
