Working under the Construction and Maintenance Manager and as an integral member of our small and skilled team, this role with perform a wide variety of tasks relating to exterior and interior maintenance duties and tenant turnovers for both residential and commercial buildings and properties located in Kelowna. Requirements:
* Some basic building systems knowledge preferred but not necessary.
* Must have general maintenance knowledge, carpentry skills would be considered an asset.
* Must be physcially fit with the ability to lift, carry or move heavy items.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities and able to work extra hours on occasion when needed.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail is important.
