OVERVIEW
The Data Entry Clerk – Junior will provide essential general office support and clerical tasks to facilitate operations across one or more business groups. This role involves collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of business objectives while adhering to established policies, processes, and controls. The successful candidate will troubleshoot routine problems and maintain audit trails, escalating non-routine issues as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, along with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives effectively. They will demonstrate solid organizational skills and a collaborative working style, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office to support their tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential for success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general office support services and clerical tasks to facilitate group operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine problems according to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain audit trails and escalate non-routine problems as necessary.
- Support change management initiatives focused on execution and sustainment activities.
- Take immediate action to address serious infractions of policies or regulations.
- Administer a filing system to ensure the availability of business and operational reports, forms, and documentation.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases accurately.
- Track, verify, and process transactions efficiently.
- Resolve or escalate invoice discrepancies in accordance with established guidelines.
- Manage Service Level Agreements as per set standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes, and controls.
- Ability to manage, track, and prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
- Good understanding of the business unit’s risk and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with office equipment used by the business unit, including photocopiers, computers, and printers.
- Solid knowledge of routine procedures and processes within the work team.
- Strong experience with transactional documentation types and workflow priorities.
- Specialized knowledge relevant to the role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED
- Bilingual skills are a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
