The Good Life Property Co. is an Ontario-based property management company seeking a full-time, Live-In Residential Manager to join our growing team.

Reporting directly to the Property Manager, the Live-In Residential Manager will oversee multiple residential communities throughout the Muskoka region while delivering exceptional resident service, maintaining high property standards, coordinating maintenance activities, and helping create communities residents are proud to call home.

Position Summary
Resident Services
· Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns.
· Build positive relationships through professional, friendly and timely communication.
· Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs.
· Conduct suite showings as required.
· Help create a welcoming, clean and safe community for all residents.
Property Operations
· Perform regular inspections of suites, common areas, building systems and grounds.
· Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness and curb appeal of assigned properties.
· Identify maintenance concerns and proactively recommend solutions.
· Ensure company standards are consistently maintained across multiple properties.
Maintenance & Repairs
· Complete minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry and general maintenance repairs.
· Perform preventative maintenance and routine building inspections.
· Monitor and understand building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety and elevator systems.
· Troubleshoot maintenance concerns and respond promptly to emergency situations.
· Coordinate and complete suite turnovers to company standards.
Contractor & Property Coordination
· Schedule, supervise and follow up with contractors and service providers.
· Ensure work is completed safely, professionally and on schedule.
· Communicate regularly with the Property Manager regarding property needs, deficiencies and ongoing projects.
· Maintain accurate work orders, inspection reports and maintenance records using company software.
On-Call Responsibilities
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule supporting multiple residential communities throughout the Muskoka region, including evenings, weekends and emergency situations.
Who We're Looking For
· Minimum 1 year of residential property management or maintenance experience (2+ years preferred).
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance services.
· Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and general building repairs.
· Knowledge of residential building systems, including HVAC, fire safety and elevator systems, is considered an asset.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
· Positive attitude, professional appearance and strong problem-solving skills.
· Basic computer skills; experience with Yardi and Smartsheet is considered an asset.
· Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
· Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with reliable transportation.
· Ability to participate in an on-call rotation supporting multiple properties.
· Successful completion of a background check.
· Legally entitled to work in Canada.
