Landscape Labourers (2 roles available)
Wage: $21-25/hr
Expected start date: March/April 2026
Job responsibilities:
- Assist foremen and lead hand with all aspects of the landscape construction process
- Take direction and execute effectively and efficiently
- Take initiative, give input and ask questions
- Install irrigation, soil and sod, plantings, decorative rock and mulch beds, paving stones, block walls, natural stone, lighting, synthetic turf, water features, pergolas, fences and more
- Learn to operate tools and machinery including bobcat, excavator, plate compactor, gas saw, trencher and more
Job Qualifications:
- Must be physically strong and hardworking
- Reliability and strong communication are non-negotiable
- Posses a positive attitude and sense of humour
- Can follow directions, but also ask questions and challenge ideas
- Experience with tools, materials and equipment is a major asset - training will be provided as needed
- Motivated to learn and grow with our company
