Poultry Production Worker

Position:
We’re hiring Production Line Machine Operators to assist with the processing, cutting, and packaging of poultry products. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, operating machinery, and following strict safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment and machines
- Process, cut, and package poultry products accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report malfunctions
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets
- Assist in other areas as needed
Qualifications:
- · Mechanically inclined and comfortable operating equipment
- · Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality
- · Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- · Good physical stamina: standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks required
- · Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- · Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- · Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing setting
- · Experience using a knife safely and efficiently is an asset
