Nous sommes une compagnie établie et reconnue dans le domaine d’Électricité et de Chauffage/Climatisation résidentiel à LaSalle. Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne passionnée et motivée à l’idée de travailler comme représentant(e) au service à la clientèle. Ce poste constitue le premier point de contact pour nos clients actuels et futurs.

Responsabilités
- Le ou la candidat(e) choisi(e) verra à la satisfaction des clients en convertissant les appels entrants et sortants en rendez-vous de service.
- Répondre aux courriels de clients
- Travailler avec l’horaire et disponibilité des électriciens et techniciens
- Prendre des paiements
- Gérer et mettre à jour la base de données clients
- Suivre les scripts d’appel pour assister nos clients
Demandé:
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle
- Bonne connaissance de notre zone de service (Grand Montréal, Laval, Rive-Sud)
- Solides compétences en communication (maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais – écrit et parlé)
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office – à l'aise d’apprendre les logiciels de base à l’interne
- Expérience antérieure avec une base de données de clients
- Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes et polyvalente
- Avoir un esprit d’équipe
Asset :
- Expérience en matière de répartition/planification en fonction de la zone de service

Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Monday to Friday

We are an established and highly regarded residential Electrical and HVAC company in LaSalle. We seek a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, passionate and motivated to be the company’s primary point of contact for our current and future customers.

Main Responsibilities
- The successful hire will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming and outgoing client calls into booked service appointments
- Answering customer emails
- Work with schedules and availability of electricians and technicians
- Processing payments
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Following call scripts when assisting customers
Required:
- 5 years experience minimum in Customer Service
- Good knowledge of our service area (Greater Montreal, Laval, South Shore)
- Strong communication skills – Fluent in both French & English (written and spoken)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office – comfortable to learn in-house basic software
- Experience working with a database of clients
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task
- Team oriented
Asset:
- Experience with dispatching/scheduling based on service area
