Siding installer/Subcontractor
Job summary:
Paramount Exteriors is seeking an experienced and reliable Siding Installer to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, work well with others, and are committed to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install various types of siding (vinyl, wood, fiber cement, etc.) on residential and/or commercial buildings
- Must know how to work with flashings and sheet metal
- Measure, cut, and fit siding materials to specifications
- Remove old or damaged siding when necessary
- Ensure all work is done safely and to code
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Know how to work on & off scaffolding, Man lifts.
- Must be good with working at heights with fall protection.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 year of siding installation experience preferred
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player
- Good leadership skills, able to Work under minimal supervision
- Must understand importance and be able to keep deadlines on track.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $56,000 to $106,000
Additional pay:

10 hour shift
