We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and skincare-obsessed individuals to join our team as Sun Specialists.
About the Role:
As a Sun Specialist, you'll represent Supergoop! in Sephora's, educating clients on our award-winning SPF products while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
This is a freelance, part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for beauty professionals looking to supplement their current work.
What You'll Do:
- Educate clients on the importance of daily SPF and Supergoop!'s product assortment.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on clients' skincare needs.
- Drive sales through engaging consultations and product demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with store teams and leadership.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure merchandising excellence.
- Represent Supergoop! with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or retail sales.
- Loves educating and connecting with clients.
- Is confident working independently in a retail environment.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Has Sephora or prestige beauty retail experience (preferred but not required).
- Is passionate about skincare and the beauty industry.
- Must be available on peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), especially between July-September.
