Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly phone manner.
