Novus Glass is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Glass Installer to join our team immediately.
This position is focused on automotive glass installation and replacement within high-volume collision repair centers. We are looking for a highly skilled installer with extensive hands-on experience and strong knowledge of R&I (Remove & Install) procedures. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently in a production environment, and can operate independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of automotive glass installation experience
- Extensive experience with R&I of automotive glass components
- Strong experience with windshield replacement, glass repair, and collision-related glass work
- Experience working in or alongside collision repair facilities is considered a strong asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
