Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to build the social, health, economic sufficiency of marginalized, low-income and newcomer groups. The Program Supervisor will assist in providing administration and supervision for program and services to the community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees day‑to‑day operations and provides comprehensive administrative support.
- Support all stages of program development, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Track program performance to ensure services adhere to planned objectives and support organizational priorities.
- Regularly assess program outcomes and suggest refinements guided by participant insights and evolving organizational needs.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of programs and services, ensuring both new and existing offerings reflect community needs and funder standards.
- Manage scheduling, monitor deadlines, and track program progress to support timely and efficient execution
- Develop and implement services and activities that consistently reflect the organization’s mission, core values, and strategic direction.
- Work closely with project coordinators to enhance administrative processes supporting programs and services.
- Design and execute a thorough needs‑assessment process that guides the alignment of project activities, curricula, and resources with identified community needs and funder requirements.
- Engage with the community as an HSDC representative, partnering with stakeholders and participating in meetings to support collaborative

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years in a full-time supervisory or managerial role
- Demonstrates clear, respectful, and professional communication supported by attentive active listening.
- Exhibits strong commitment by being dependable, punctual, and consistently positive in the workplace.

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Zoom.
