These Support Team Member positions will include a scheduled rotation of weekday and weekend shifts that include OVERNIGHT AWAKE hours (12am-8am); as a priority and may include some overnight sleep or other day and evening awake hours, as needed. Candidates must be able to accept OVERNIGHT AWAKE shifts.
These specific positions entail working in a home with 1-2 individuals and requires dynamic individuals who can balance schedule changes gracefully and adapt to ever changing needs. Seeking a team player; must have good physical and mental health, be dynamic and a good communicator.
Support of individuals funded by PDD; concurrently need support with significant complex mental health, addictions / recovery, medical support, behavior support, judicial. Experience with PDD and complex mental health. Must have experience with complex behavior support and crisis management. Experience with youth, addictions and recovery; an asset.
Position priority is to provide in home support during evening and overnight hours but may include support for daily life; life skills, personal care, appointments, program and emotional support, employment and community access while supporting individuals to manage their complex needs; high risk support and behavior supports. Expectations include team and case load planning, daily documentation.
Must have leadership qualities, be organized, a good problem solver, RELIABLE, initiative and attention to detail. Must have the ability to work independently and within a team. Experience running a home; an asset. Must have a driver's license and vehicle, clean driving record.
Potential for growth and leadership roles. Wage dependent on experience.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour - negotiable based on experience
