Job Description:
Due to increasing growth of our company, we are currently seeking additional Journeyperson Electrician's to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar PV systems for our clients. Also, showing your attributes as a leader to a team of apprentice electricians that will be placed under your guidance to train and gain experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install solar PV systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures
- Perform electrical wiring and conduit work for solar PV systems
- Assist electrical team with troubleshooting and repair of solar PV systems
- Operate equipment such as drills, saws, and ladders to complete installation tasks
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Customer Service Skills
- Electrical upgrade quoting and installation
Requirements:
- Must be a registered Electrical Journeyperson
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and frequently lift 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Fall Protection and other necessary certifications needed will be provided
