The BEE TEAM has clients who are waiting for you ! We are TOP Local Cleaning Technicians with excellent clients, servicing Oceanside, Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum and areas in between. We have very professional standards and fantastic clients that are wonderful to work for.
Performance based pay, up to $30, for Techs who know how to make clients happy! We only use Eco BEE-friendly Non toxic fabulous products and the best equipment to get the Job Done Right!
We are looking for your experience, excellent time management and your passion for service to local seniors. Prior experience in cleaning, or personal services, health care is a plus and fluency in English is required, to converse with our team and seniors. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued by our clients. PLUS you are in control of your schedule!
* Continuity is important - we need people who have time for 2 or 3 weekdays 8:30-3:30 M-F ~ Clients sign up for regular, punctual service and friendly faces!
This is recurring work with repeat clients who want Top Quality recurring cleaning services with Vibrant Happy Responsible Technicians. Pleasing the clients is paramount. ( NO heavy duty Commercial or strenuous cleaning)
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Possible laundry duties - washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing
- Punctual time management, efficiently complete jobs within scheduled periods
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all assigned areas
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients to understand preferences
- Ensure equipment is maintained sanitized and cleaned at all times
- Excellence in customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally
Qualifications
- You take pride in your work and helping vulnerable people.
- TEAM WORK most jobs in teams of 2, or by yourself once established
- Maintaining Procedures: follow Instructions, reliable & punctual
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing
- Reliable vehicle, cell phone and the ability to follow all procedures is required
