KEY Education is looking for an Admin & Sales Support in our Customer Service Group who is willing to learn and grow within the Company!
This position focuses heavily on the administrative side, mastering our internal workflows, program coordination, and operational details. As you establish a strong operational foundation and deep product knowledge, you will gradually transition into a broader role supporting our sales function, converting client inquiries, and driving revenue growth. This is an ideal path for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a client-facing consultative sales professional.
Job Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, respond promptly, and maintain clear communication with parents and students.
- Support the overall application process.
- Coordinate overall KEY educational program registration and its daily support.
- Facilitate communication between clients, Admissions, and the Education department
- Provide verbal and written translation as needed for communication and marketing purposes (Mandarin中文/English).
- Maintenance of office routine to ensure the smooth operations of organizational procedures and other administrative or organization-related duties as needed.
- Assist the Client Manager in continuously identifying and improving departmental operational processes.
- Learn to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of KEY’s premium services to support lead conversion and enrollment.
- Guide and support families through the end-to-end application and enrollment pipeline.
- Actively support company-wide sales goals, outbound follow-ups, and marketing events to expand our client base.
- Other responsibilities and directives as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese are required.
- A strong interest in developing a career toward educational sales, client relationship management, or business development.
- Prior working experience in a client-facing role within the education industry is an asset.
- Quick Learner with good communication and strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to changing conditions and priorities; able to work with tight deadlines.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
