We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, helping customers, and being part of a busy, creative environment. You’ll be the friendly face at the front of our store, so being confident, chatty, and comfortable interacting with customers is a must!
What We’re Looking For:
- Extremely outgoing and personable — comfortable chatting with customers and providing excellent service
- Reliable and dependable
- A critical thinker who can problem-solve and stay productive without always being told what to do
- Able to take on many different roles and responsibilities
- Comfortable using Instagram and being on camera
- Creative and interested in learning floral design
- Comfortable learning and confidently using a POS system with training
- Able to lift and carry heavy boxes and buckets of flowers
- Comfortable standing and being active throughout your shift
- Must have a reliable way of getting to work
- Previous floral experience is an asset, but not required
The Position:
You’ll start primarily at the front of the store, helping customers, answering phones, processing orders, using our POS system, and keeping the shop running smoothly.
As you become comfortable in the role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn floral design and begin creating arrangements. Creativity and a willingness to learn are very important!
