Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Communications Manager to oversee our corporate communications, marketing initiatives, and select operational workflows. In this multifaceted role, you will bridge the gap between business development and daily operations. Your duties will range from breaking down and analyzing complex government Requests for Proposals (RFP's), to problem solving as issues arise during the sales and production process, to being the direct support to our Customer Service team, the IT Sales Specialist, and to the Manager of our Factory Outlet Store. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional multitasking abilities who thrives in a busy, high volume production and sales environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Read, breakdown, and write responses to corporate and government RFP projects
- Plan and institute internal training schedules for new employees and/or new processes
- Work with IT Sales Specialist to coordinate their efforts for social media and on new online customer accounts
- Direct Telemarketing and follow up
- Develop advertising and marketing programs
- Preparing correspondence for customer as directed by the sales department
- Develop and maintain website database information for current and new customers
- Update catalogue and other marketing information pieces as necessary
- Work with outside suppliers (i.e Design, photography, etc) as necessary
- Manage Staff and Inventory of the Factory Outlet retail space
Pay: $900.00-$1,000.00 per week

Experience:
