Property Solutions Niagara Inc. is a growing landscape construction company specializing in interlocking brick, concrete, retaining walls, grading, and hydroseeding. We are looking for skilled, motivated labourers with experience in interlock and concrete to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating skid steers, compact track loaders, excavators, and other hardscape equipment safely and efficiently
- Performing precise grading and base preparation for interlock patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls
- Assisting with excavation, site prep, aggregate installation, and compaction
- Supporting concrete prep including forming, grading, and material placement
- Loading/unloading materials and transporting equipment between job sites
- Reading site layouts and ensuring elevations and grades are completed accurately
- Daily equipment maintenance, cleaning, and inspections
- Working alongside the crew to complete high-quality hardscape installations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or compact equipment in a landscaping/hardscaping environment
- Experience with interlock, grading, excavation, and concrete preparation preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of grades, compaction, and site preparation
- Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
