Join our team at Westmount Animal Clinic, located in the heart of beautiful Kensington, one of Calgary’s most vibrant and walkable communities. As a privately owned, locally operated group of veterinary clinics, we are looking for a Client Care & Veterinary Assistant Float to join our Westmount team. This role is primarily focused on Client Care, while also providing support to our technical team when needed. Plus, with a convenient parking lot located right beside the clinic, getting to work is easy!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications
- Support front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Assist with patient handling and clinic flow when needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment
- Work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and client care team members
What We're Looking For:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with animals and supporting patient care
- Previous veterinary or customer service experience is an asset
- Flexibility and willingness to jump in wherever needed
