In this role you will be:
- Painting homes, townhomes, apartments and agricultural buildings
- Providing leadership and empowerment to up-and-coming painters
- Prep surfaces for paint
- Accurate and precise cutting and rolling
- Airless spray paint trim
- working on well organized job sites.

- In order to do our work efficiently, we run an organized schedule with adequate time and require our clients to not have other trades working during our allotted service time
Experience required
- A Minimum of 1-3 years painting experience
- Be available to work out of town periodically for short stints.
- Must have brush, roll and preparation experience
- Must have the ability to work alone or with a team
- Must be able to work safely on ladders and proper use of PPE equipment where required
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must be available to work full work weeks and weekends when busy
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work off ladders and man-lifts
- Be clean cut and presentable
- Proficient in English
- Must have a good work attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
