Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their dining experience.
- prepare and cook menu items according to wok box recipes and standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Handle food safely following all food safety regulations and protocols.
- Manage guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality roles is mandatory.
- experience with serving, cashiering, or kitchen work.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, or meal assembly preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- proServe certification or food safety certification is required; candidates without certification must be willing to obtain it upon hiring.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or nights if required.
