Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Data Entry Operator (Part-time) to support our administrative team. Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain customer records, reservations, and inventory data
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data entries
- Process invoices, receipts, and billing information into the company system
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Collaborate with front desk, operations, and management teams to ensure data alignment
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
- Follow hospitality industry standards and company data management policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel, and hospitality management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel management systems
- Familiarity with POS, reservation software, or ERP systems
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Office Management.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
