Duties include:
- answering customer questions through email, telephone, and walk-ins
- booking appointments
- locating and ordering parts
- initiating and finalizing insurance claims
- cash handling and pos
- excellent computer skills
Knowledge of vehicles an asset.
Experience with insurance billing an asset.
