Hat Phones is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our growing team.
About the Position
You’ll help customers find the right phones, accessories and services while providing excellent customer service. We’re looking for someone who enjoys sales, technology and working with people.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with phones, accessories and services
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Sell phones, cases, screen protectors and accessories
- Answer customer questions about smartphones and technology
- Process sales and payments
- Keep displays and the sales floor clean and organized
- Help with inventory and merchandising
- Learn about new phones, products and services
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated to make sales and reach targets
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable learning about smartphones and technology
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail, customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required
Job Details
Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week
Location: 516 3rd Street SE, Medicine Hat, AB
Schedule: Weekday and Saturday availability may be required
