We’re searching for a high‑performing Used Vehicle Sales Manager to take ownership of our pre‑owned operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands the used‑car market inside and out, and knows how to build a winning team.
Your Impact
- Team Leadership — Guide, mentor, and energize a group of Sales Consultants to hit department goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Sales Training — Provide hands‑on coaching in deal structure, customer communication, payment options, and closing techniques.
- Process Management — Ensure consistent execution of our sales process and use customer feedback to refine and elevate the buying journey.
- Customer Experience — Champion a culture of transparency, professionalism, and service excellence.
- Lead + CRM Oversight — Monitor follow‑up systems, lead flow, and CRM activity to maximize every opportunity.
- Inventory Control — Manage stock levels, reconditioning timelines, merchandising, pricing strategy, and marketing efforts.
- Appraisals & Acquisitions — Complete accurate trade appraisals, source inventory, coordinate wholesaling, and ensure vehicles are properly represented online.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of progressive automotive retail experience, ideally in used operations.
- A natural ability to lead, coach, and influence.
- Strong knowledge of appraisals, market trends, and used‑vehicle workflows.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
