We're seeking a Service Writer to join our team and help ensure our Service and Rental Departments continue delivering excellent customer support.
Responsibilities for this position:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers with service or rental inquiries.
- Assist in the daily coordination of the Service Department.
- Help manage technician schedules and work assignments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate work orders for customer, internal, and warranty jobs.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with Service Technicians
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers and basic software tools.
- A genuine focus on customer service and teamwork.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
Experience:
- Experience working with or operating farm, construction or turf equipment is a strong asset.
