Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain supplies needed for cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency
- Assist with meal preparation or light cooking as needed to meet client preferences
- Organize and restock supplies in designated areas to maintain orderliness
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding cleaning schedules or special requests
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proficiency in English;
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform light cooking and laundry tasks efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely arrival at job sites
