Apprentice Shop Welder
Overview
Advanced Foundations Inc. is seeking a skilled apprentice welder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shop fabrication, attention to detail with the ability to take direction. This role involves working in a fast-paced shop environment ensuring quality standards. Must possess a positive attitude, and the ability to work closely with others.
Duties-
Approach all tasks with a strong safety mindset

Drive a truck with a trailer

Take direction and cooperate to ensure piles are plumb and in the proper alignment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations or operations.
Skills & Requirements:
-
Clean drivers abstract.

Proven experience in a fabrication shop.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience welding helical piles and caps

CWB all position SMAW

CWB all position FCAW

Transportation

First Aid

Must be willing to work both out of town and in town.

Strong communication skills.
Pay:$24.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
