Position Overview
As an Outside Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory (Southern Saskatchewan) by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in providing customized filtration solutions and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage and expand accounts initially within the southern Saskatchewan territory
- Develop leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth.
- The territory has an established customer base (account management) however having a “hunter mentality” for growth is needed as there are significant growth opportunities in this region.
- Conduct site visits, technical reviews, and walk-throughs to understand customer needs.
- Provide expert consultation on filtration products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Expect a mix of cold calls, lunch and learns, technical solution selling, customer visits both to their offices and into the field (on-site).
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years Minimum of outside sales experience, in oil & gas, filtration, or industrial B2B sales. Operators, Trades and EITs are also welcome to apply. Training and assistance will be provided’
- Preference will be given to individuals with industry and regional experience as well as a portfolio of contacts or connections.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Home Office Based, but you will be on the road and in the field 50-70% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

What We Offer
- Competitive compensation: Base salary + commission structure (base salary + uncapped commission on an existing and growing territory). First year range is CA$70,000.00 - CA$110,000.00 per year (including commissions)

Additional Information
- This role requires occasional overnight travel (1-2 days per month).
