Office Administrator
We are looking for a young Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Must be punctual and reliable. Ideally a forward thinker who doesn't need to be handheld through every task they should be doing daily.
Prior Experience: Supporting operations, active in an ERP system, managing competing priorities and deadlines, wearing many hats.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our ERP system (orders, inventory, production tracking)
- Handle front desk operations, greet visitors, and manage all multi-line phone calls professionally
- Process invoicing, billing, payments, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks and related tools
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics
- Administer health & safety paperwork, compliance records, and related documentation
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, filing, document proofreading, and office organization using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Support general administrative tasks: mail distribution, supply ordering, appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and maintaining office equipment
- Provide strong customer service to clients, vendors, and team members while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude are essential. They need to have a backbone, not be afraid to pickup the phone, work late if needed, and have the companies best interest at the forefront of what they do and how they conduct themselves.
