Reports to: Accounting Manager
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 4–6 years of experience in the beverage industry or manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of inventory management, costing (direct, indirect, overhead), and margin analysis. They will own analysis across the full P&L – revenue, COGS, margin, and operating expenses – as well as the balance sheet, with priority on inventory and inventory aging. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in developing and maintaining financial models, tools, and systems that support cost and revenue tracking, pricing strategies, and automation initiatives. This position requires a proactive mindset, an eagerness to learn and take on new scope, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Costing, Margin & Opex Analysis
- Develop new models and dashboards to analyze product costs and margins.
- Maintain and enhance the Sapling margin analysis tool, ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Provide insights into cost drivers and profitability across product lines and channels.
- Analyze operating expenses against budget and forecast, surfacing variances and opportunities to protect margin.
Pricing & Revenue Management
- Maintain and update the Price Master List and Revenue Distribution Table in SAP.
- Support pricing strategy reviews and revenue forecasting.
Inventory, Capex & Cost Accounting
- Analyze inventory movements, aging, and valuation impacts.
- Track and analyze capital expenditures against budget and forecast.
- Ensure accurate allocation of direct, indirect, and overhead costs.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain to validate costing inputs.
- Support integration of automation tools and workflows within SAP and other platforms.
Month-End & Reporting Support
- Contribute to month-end close activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in a beverage or manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, working capital, and margin analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP (especially FI/CO modules) and Excel.
- Experience with financial modeling and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Preferred:
- Experience with Sapling or similar margin analysis tools.
- Exposure to AR/AP automation projects or tools.
- CPA designation is an asset.

Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
