Gatestone & Co is looking for hardworking, dedicated, and ambitious employees with experience for our Senior Collector position!

We are looking for diligent self-starters! Our ideal candidate is punctual, thorough, able to connect well with our customers, and driven to provide the best possible customer service approach.

Your Role:

Managing outstanding accounts

Contacting customers regarding overdue balances

Negotiating payment arrangements

Ensuring timely collection of receivables while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach

Who you are:

Strong communication skills

Experienced collector.

Excellent phone etiquette

Acute computer skills

Negotiate repayment arrangement

Accurately update consumer account information

Utilize various trace tools to locate consumer information

Clearly document call results

Exceed minimum performance requirements

Adhere to strict security policies & procedures

High speed internet with ethernet cord connection

Hours of operations:

Monday: 8h30am to 5h00pm

Tuesday: 10h00am to 7h00pm

Wednesday & Thursday: 8h30am to 5h00pm

Friday: 8h30am to 4h00pm

Salary Range: Based on experience
$70,000 to $90,000 including commissions.
